You must be at least 18 years of age and able to form a binding contract to purchase from Altura Living. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate pricing and availability, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, change or discontinue products, limit quantities, and refuse or cancel any order — including after an order confirmation has been sent — for reasons such as pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you will receive a full refund.

Payment is processed through our secure checkout. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Orders are not shipped until payment is successfully captured.

Shipping is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy and returns by our Returns & Refund Policy, both of which are incorporated into these terms. Please note that all sales are final except in the qualifying circumstances described in the Returns & Refund Policy.

Product descriptions, imagery, and dimensions are provided for guidance and may contain inaccuracies. Colours may vary by screen. Reviews, questions, and other content you submit must be lawful and accurate; you grant Altura Living a non-exclusive licence to display such content.

Some products may be offered by approved third-party vendors through our marketplace. Altura Living facilitates these transactions and retains final control over listings, but vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and fulfilment obligations as set out in their agreements with us.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Altura Living is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. You agree to indemnify Altura Living against claims arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada. Any disputes will be subject to the courts located in Montreal, Quebec.
